TWO NORTHEAST TEXAS MEN ARRESTED FOR POACHING

On 08-11-2018 Game Warden Carson Wardlow was driving directly behind a vehicle on Ranch Road 2630. Wardlow observed the vehicle stop and one of the occupants fired a rifle from the vehicle from a public road, across a fence and killed a Blackbuck.
Wardlow stopped the vehicle and placed Aaron Lyle Austin (34) from Haslet Texas and Justin Lee Moan (34) from Rhome Texas under arrest for hunting from a public roadway and hunting without the owner's consent (poaching).
Both Austin and Moan posted bonds totaling 12,000.00 each and were released
