                                Two men Indicted by The Edwards County Grand Jury

On March 21, 2016, indictments were served on two men arrested for crimes committed in Edwards County. The Edwards County Grand Jury handed down indictments on Fernando Franco Jr. for forgery of a check that was forged from a business account is Rocksprings. The second man to be indicted is Henry Lynn Ezell Jr. From Camp Wood. Ezell was indicted for theft of livestock (goats). If convicted, both crimes are State Jail Felonies, carry a sentence of 2-10 years of confinement in a State Jail Facility and a 10,000.00 fine.
