Traffic Stop Results in 2 U.S. Citizens charged with Smuggling and 5 Undocumented Individuals Turned over to U.S. Border Patrol

On 06/29/22 at around 5:30 P.M., an Edwards County Sheriff's Deputy conducted a traffic stop on RM 674.
The traffic stop resulted in 2 U.S. Citizens being charged with smuggling. The 5 IA's that they were transporting were turned over to U.S. Border Patrol for processing.
