SCAM ALERT
The Edwards County Sheriff's Office would like to make people aware of a recent fraud attempt involving telephone callers posing as PayPal computer system personnel warning of a "possible security breach" to a person's PayPal account. The caller will provide a fake employee identification number and provide instructions on how to access a website location where they can "assist" you in recovering your money.
Always remember to never provide personal information to anyone you are not certain of!
