LOCAL MAN ARRESTED FOR 3 SEXUAL ASSAULTS

On March 26, 2018 Armando "Butch" Franco Sr. (70) was arrested for 3 counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child without incident at his home on SH 55 N. in Rocksprings Texas. Franco's case was presented to the Edwards County Grand Jury on March 5, 2018 and The Grand Jury Indicted Franco. A child means a person who was less than 14 years of age at the time of the offense.
Franco remains in the Edwards County Detention Facility in lieu of posting a $150,000.00 bond.
