HUNTER ARRESTED FOR FELON IN POSSESSION OF A FIREARM
On January 6, 2016, Texas Game Warden Carson Wardlow found Gary Roland Jungmann (47) from Hondo Texas, hunting in the riverbed in the Barksdale area. Jungmann was hunting axis deer with a shotgun. After checking Jungmann, Wardlow found that Jungmann was a felon and could not be in possession of a firearm. Jungmann was arrested for felon in possession of a firearm. Jungmann was transported to The Edwards County Jail and was booked. The Honorable Judge Tommy Walker set bail at 15,000.00. Jungmann posted bond and was released.
