HOUSTON MAN ARRESTED FOR THEFT
On 11/02/2017, Fortino "Tim" Rodriguez Jr. (51) was arrested at his hunting camp in southwest Edwards County charged with Theft of a firearm, a state jail felony and theft 2500-30,000, a state jail felony.
In 2015, a legal agreement was made to return an AR-10 assault rifle and monies that were to be paid back to the Victim. Numerous opportunities were given by the Victim and The Edwards County Sheriff's Office were attempted to mediate the situation ending in the result of his arrest.
