Another busy 12 hours in Edwards County.
It started last night at around 9 P.M., when an Edwards County Sheriff's Deputy along with Texas Parks and Wildlife Game Warden conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of RM 2523 and HWY 377. The stop resulted in the arrest of 1 U.S. Citizen for smuggling and 3 IA's being turned over to U.S. Border Patrol for processing.
The second stop was at approximately 9 A.M., this morning on HWY 55 just north of Rocksprings. An Edwards County Sheriff's Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a Silver Ford F-150. The stop resulted in the arrest of 1 subject for smuggling and 5 IA's being turned over to U.S. Border Patrol for processing.
