After a Short Pursuit Vehicle Wrecked out with one subject arrested for smuggling while one fled on foot only to be apprehended later

UPDATE: The last subject has been apprehended and transported to the Edwards County Jail.

On 9/4/22 at approximately 4:50 A.M., Texas DPS Troopers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on HWY 377 south of Rocksprings.

The pursuit ended when the vehicle wrecked out next to King Burger. One subject was arrested for smuggling and one subject fled on foot. Law Enforcement is currently searching the area for the subject that was described as a black male, but no clothing description was given.

The 13 IA's were turned over to U.S. Border Patrol for processing.
