After a brief pursuit vehicle bailed near the Edwards and Kinney County line on CR 350

On 1/17/2023 at around 5:40 P.M., Edwards County Sheriff's Deputies were patrolling CR 350 when they encountered a Ford pickup loaded with illegal aliens.
After a brief pursuit the vehicle bailed near the Edwards and Kinney County line on CR 350. The driver absconded and hasn't been located, but 13 IA's were taken into custody.
A check of the vehicle confirmed that it had been stolen and the 13 IA's were turned over to U.S. Border Patrol for processing.
